1. Terms of Business:
- To confirm a booking we require that you pay 50% of the daily rates as an advance, the balance being due in May.
- Deposits are non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation, the client will forfeit the deposit to cover the loss of a safari booking. However, the safari can be rescheduled to an alternative available date.
- All charges are subject to change as they are many times out of our control.
- All payments are payable in cash. TC's, or certified bank drafts in full before departure. We also require that a trophy fee deposit be paid; this is fully refundable for game not taken.
- Trophy fee deposits:
7-day $4000
14 -day $8000
21-day $15000
- We also recommend that you obtain insurance against, accidental death & disability, major medical, emergency medical evacuation, safari cancellation, and loss of personal effects.

2. Liability:
Big game safaris are a dangerous sport, and involve a certain amount of risk even when precautions are taken. Rungwa Game Safaris Ltd will not be liable for any injury, death, illness sustained, safari time loss due to mechanical breakdown or property loss or damage while on safari.
The company is also not liable for any circumstances beyond its reasonable control defined as "force majeure." The company also reserves the right without further notice to make use of any photography and film taken by its staff for any purpose without payment or permission.
