Ugalla South Game Reserve

Rungwa Game Safaris was established in 2000
with an ethos of ethical hunting, conservation, and tradition.

Located in western Tanzania, the Ugalla River cuts a path through the lush patchwork of grassy wetlands and stands of Borassus palms. This riverine paradise, resembling the Okavango Delta, is notable for its roaming herds of roan and sable grazing on the floodplains. Due to its extreme remoteness, this area is only accessible five months of the year.
